I forgot my password, how to reset?

On the login page, click on "forgot your password" and you will get an email with instructions to reset your password.

How can I add a new credit card?

Place a new order, once you reach the payment method, click on "Use another card" then fill in the new card information.

Can I remove, add, or change items in my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, no, we cannot modify any order after being placed; however, we can cancel your order so you can place a new one.

How can I change my address/phone number in my recent order?

Once the payment is received, your order will be directly verified and you will get a notification on your email. If you still see the pending status in your order history, please contact our customer care.
